Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of service. We gladly accept cash, credit cards, and personal checks. A $35 fee will be assessed for any returned payments, in addition to the unpaid balance.

Preparation for Service
To ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process, please:

  • We love our furry friends and prioritize their well-being. To ensure they feel safe and comfortable, please secure them before our appointment to prevent any stress or anxiety.

  • Remove small furniture and personal items from the floor.

  • Note that our team is unable to move large furniture, including beds, sofas, chests, and pianos. If necessary, please arrange for these items to be moved before your appointment.

Arrival Window
You will receive a designated time window for our team’s arrival. If you are unavailable during this timeframe, we may need to reschedule or cancel the appointment.

 

Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that unexpected events may arise. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to make the necessary arrangements. If we don't receive a cancellation notice via email, text or phone call, we reserve the right to charge a $50 cancellation fee.

​Results

Carpet and upholstery cleaning results may vary based on their age and condition. For heavily soiled carpets and fabrics, an additional charge of $30-$50 per area may apply.
